I totaled my car! 😱 started looking online and found the perfect vehicle at Bravo Nissan in Victoria. Because they were almost 300 miles away. I depended on them to send me thorough and accurate information and pictures. I ended up working with many of their staff over the phone and Internet. Everyone was beyond helpful, kind and professional! They even had my car delivered right to my door on a trailer for just the smallest of cost. This is the first negative review I have ever written, just not my style to complain. But this definitely needs to be said. On December 1st, my wife took our vehicle in for a routine oil change (2019 BMW with 50k miles). The oil change was completed and nothing reported. The DAY AFTER, we noticed some oil stains on the driveway and since the vehicle has never had an oil leak, figured it may be some excess oil. After noticing it continue, I contacted Nissan and spoke to Steve Williams. We recently moved so Steve asked us to take it in to the nearest Nissan service dealership. Once we did, they stated that Bravo Nissan cracked the oil pan due to over tightening. I contacted Steve throughout this process and after a couple of days he text me and informed that I would have to pay for the repairs. Needless to say, I am infuriated with this. A $200 oil change resulted in them cracking my oil pan and then charging me over 1k to repair. Steve directly stated, "How do you know we did it? It has 50,000 miles on it". Are you kidding me?? After purchasing numerous vehicles, this is how we are treated? On one phone call Steve stated, “I'm on my anniversary, I don't have time for this" and then text, "we would never ever intentionally do that" What?! so, since it was an accident, it's my responsibility? He then blocked me on phone calls and texts. This is customer service Alex?!?! I'm not done with this. And I guess these are the automated, copy/past responses. Yet, the five star reviews are personally replied. Wonder why?
Quick & easy process! & over all LOVING IT! Although When I got my car delivered by Leo Sanchez I received my car with dirty black hand prints on my interior on both visors on my brand new car. He couldn’t even clean that up for me before he brought it to me and why drive my car with dirty hands and just say “ oop sorry bout that “ when I noticed it and said something about it.
Our experience at Bravo Nissan has been a great experience. From the first second we met Anna Pacheco, she was diligent in helping us find the automobile that my wife wanted. She showed us numerous Sentras and Rogues until she found the Rogue that put a smile on her face. Anna truly made this experience one of the best shopping experiences we have ever had.
I was so determined to find a vehicle! I have been through so many dealerships and soon arriving to Nissan we were greeted by Echol who help me throughout the whole process of purchasing my first vehicle. I was originally going to purchase a 2022 Nissan, but they helped me with a getting a New 2024 Nissan Altima.
